We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team in Dunfermline, providing expert care and support to three ladies who use wheelchairs. This part-time role requires someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in people's lives.

About the Role
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to service users
  • Assist with daily activities such as personal care, medication management, and mobility support
  • Accompany service users to appointments and social events
  • Maintain accurate records of service user's activities and needs

Requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on the title, job description, and location. Waking nights, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays would also be part of your rotation on a rotational basis. Shifts may vary occasionally depending on the needs of the individuals we support and activities planned.
