Dunfermline Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Dunfermline. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling people to maximise their independence in relation to their personal and social needs.
Key Responsibilities- Promote social inclusion by working with individuals to maximise their personal independence, health, and wellbeing.
- Enable people to access opportunities in their local communities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
Benefits- A competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,500 per annum (pro-rata).
