The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an Estimator within a Main Contractor or Sub-Contractor background, with a strong understanding of the Scottish construction market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure competitive pricing and efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive estimates and achieve budget targets.

Requirements:
  • Proven estimating experience within a construction company.
  • Strong knowledge of the Scottish construction market.
  • Familiarity with Conquest estimating software or similar is an advantage.
