Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our restaurant's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
  • Identify talent and empower your team to grow through coaching and development.
  • Implement effective scheduling to ensure the right team members are in place at the right time.
  • Be the face of the restaurant to new hires and crew members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Drive sales growth by increasing store profitability and meeting profit goals.
Requirements
  • 1 year of line operations experience, preferably in a food service environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work 45-hour work weeks, including all day parts and days of the week.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on location).
  • Target annual bonus of 10%, paid quarterly.
