About the Role
Hays Business Support is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team as an Estates Project and Office Coordinator. This is a temporary role until June 2025, offering a competitive hourly rate of £13.36.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake administrative duties within the Estates Department, including data processing, general typing, and manual and electronic filing, to meet stringent deadlines and ensure complaint records are available.
- Liaise with other Service Departments regarding estate issues and assist with the distribution of communication as required.
- Responsible for the configuration of all documentation and filing systems within the department and assist in the administration of departmental projects.
- Provide support for the Estates Helpdesk system.
Requirements
- Experience of working in an administrative role, providing high-level support.
- Excellent communication skills, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solutions-focused with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to commit to office-based working, 5 days per week.
