Director of Omnichannel Marketing Strategy

We're seeking a Director of Omnichannel Marketing Strategy to develop value propositions for brand advertisers at Tesco Retail Media UK. You'll lead the proposition strategy, identifying strengths and weaknesses in our product suite. Collaborate with retail and product teams to create a roadmap that appeals to brand advertising budgets, driving revenue and ROI for clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a propositional space map, projecting revenue opportunities and gaining buy-in from media product teams and Tesco stakeholders
  • Drive a joint strategy and product roadmap for brand advertising products, owning commercial requirements and competitive considerations
  • Work with the Head of Measurement to prove the effectiveness of our omnichannel offering, unlocking brand budgets for digital and in-store ad products
  • Lead brand engagement pilots with CPG manufacturers and agencies, creating new ways to support brands and leverage Tesco capabilities
  • Identify key commercial partnerships supporting Business Propositions and source agreements with Retail Media Leadership
  • Represent our brand advertising proposition externally and guide product marketing in representing our capabilities

To succeed, you'll require:

  • Background in CPG brand marketing or strategic planning of media and advertising
  • In-depth experience in digital advertising and retail media environments
