About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children and Young People Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake mental health assessments and provide interventions to address the needs of children and young people.
  • Work with children and young people who present with a level of clinical risk, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to colleagues.
Requirements
  • Professional registration with a recognised national body (e.g. HCPC, NMC, Social Work England).
  • Nationally recognised post-qualification, continuous professional development (CPD) related to the core profession.
  • Significant post-qualification experience of working within a CYPMHS or Child Mental Health related field.
