Job Overview

We are offering a unique opportunity for experienced inpatient nurses to broaden their skills and knowledge in a different service area within Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This internal transfer scheme allows you to gain experience in a new ward or care group without the need for a formal application and interview process.

Main Duties of the Job

As a mental health nurse in our children and young people's services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to patients and their families.

Eligibility Criteria

  • You must have worked for the trust in your current role for at least six months.
  • You must have completed your preceptorship if you are newly qualified.
  • You must have the support of your current line manager.
