UK Retail Business Lead

Funko is seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to lead our UK Retail Business. In this role, you will create and maintain business relationships with key UK retailers, manage direct reports, and drive sales growth.
Your Key Objectives:- Create and execute commercial strategies to achieve the sales plan.
- Manage a portfolio of key retail and grocery accounts and oversee sales team members handling other UK & Ireland accounts.
- Identify, recruit, retain, and develop talent within the team.
- Negotiate commercial trading terms with account base annually.
The ideal candidate will have proven account management experience, preferably in FMCG or Entertainment markets. Fluency in English is essential, with other languages an advantage. Experience with ERP or CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel) are also desirable.
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
