Job Summary: Personnel Selection is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Part Time Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service & Training Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training sessions and ensure all aspects of delegate and training organization, management, and administration are in place and completed in good time.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by proactively managing incoming service and repair enquiries, maintaining accountability for callbacks.
  • Manage service engineer diaries, booking servicing and repairs with efficiency, ensuring accurate recording and administration, including quotations to customer requirements, processing sales orders, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Work in a busy environment, managing conflicting priorities, and maintaining a positive mindset and cheerful disposition.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
