As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective governance systems to minimize risks and promote best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining robust governance frameworks and policies;
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and providing recommendations for mitigation;
  • Collaborating with clinical teams to ensure that governance principles are embedded into daily practices;
  • Maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure that concerns are addressed promptly.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
