As a key member of the Senitor Associates IT Systems Team, the Applications and Systems Analyst will play a vital role in implementing, supporting, and maintaining various applications and systems across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incidents and issues related to third-party applications, such as Finance, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Additionally, they will support in-house developed applications and assist with the adoption of new tools and systems as the business evolves.

In this dynamic role, you will ensure the security, compliance, and confidentiality of IT systems, adhering to data protection regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support: Provide ongoing support for primary Business Information Systems, in-house applications, and services to meet company needs.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • System Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse user requirements, introduce new functionality, and develop enhancements to administrative, information, and business systems.
  • Operational Procedures: Support the implementation and maintenance of operational procedures to ensure efficient system performance.
