Amazon Channel Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Channel Manager to join our team at Refyne. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective Amazon channel strategy to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon channel strategy to drive sales growth and improve brand visibility.
  2. Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, platform performance, and traffic metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Optimize product listings for Amazon SEO, including keyword research, review strategy, and A+ content best practices.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including Amazon Account Managers, Amazon Affiliates, and agencies.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance teams to align Amazon channel efforts with overall brand goals.
  6. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competition to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and implement high-returning advertising strategies to drive sales growth.
  8. Manage and optimize digital campaigns and projects to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Amazon channel management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon's policies and procedures.
