About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bioprocess Development Scientist to join our client's expanding Protein Biology team.

This pivotal role involves designing and executing analytical assays to characterize and screen therapeutic candidates, playing a key part in the development of novel TCR-based therapies targeting unique cancer proteins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and run biophysical and biochemical assays to generate high-quality data for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teams across functions to design experiments tailored to different phases of development.
  • Maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures, data analysis, and results to uphold scientific integrity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with protein analytical methods, such as binding kinetics or capillary electrophoresis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
  • A proven track record of adapting quickly to new techniques and mentoring others.
  • A PhD or equivalent experience in biochemistry, molecular biology, or related disciplines.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
