Oxford Biomedica is seeking a highly skilled Scientist II/III to join our Process Development team. As an Analytical Scientist, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and reporting the results of analytical assays to support upstream and downstream process development activities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform analytical assays to support process development activities and deliver process characterisation.
- Carry out laboratory-based assays, including ELISAs, plate-based assays, cell-based assays, nucleic acid extractions, and qPCR.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and technical investigations.
- Write, revise, and review SOPs and technical reports.
- Minimum BSc degree or equivalent experience.
- Practical experience in bioprocess analytical techniques, including cell-based assays, nucleic acid extractions, qPCR, and ELISA.
- Experience in flow cytometry, HPLC, cell culture, and aseptic technique is an advantage.
- Demonstrate OXB's core values of responsible, responsive, resilience, and respect.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
