We are seeking an experienced Bioprocess Innovation Leader to drive biochemical production and climate tech innovation at FoodLabs & Atlantic Labs. In this key position, you will be responsible for developing novel bioprocesses, implementing downstream purification techniques, and designing scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new bioprocesses leveraging expertise in bioprocess development, downstream processing, and process optimization.
  • Implement downstream purification techniques to improve product quality and yield.
  • Design scalable and cost-effective processes for industrial-scale implementation.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related field with a strong track record in biotech or fermentation-related industries.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in scaling up lab processes to pilot or industrial scale.
  • Prior experience in bioprocess development, downstream processing, and process optimization is highly desirable.
