We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Heathrow Personnel. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high-volume of purchase ledger invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to internal and external queries from suppliers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the Accounts Payable email inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Set up new suppliers on our system and ensure all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs to ensure timely payment to suppliers.
- Enter Purchase Orders and ensure all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years experience in accounts payable with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills with experience using financial software systems.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday pm with the option to work from home on Fridays or consider part-time pm.
