Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team at Mitchell Adam. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes, and managing supplier accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and reconcile delivery notes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage supplier accounts, including preparing payments runs and communicating with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of processing invoices and reconciliations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
