Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Principal AI and Data Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top AI and Data talent with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top AI and Data talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Provide market insights and trends to clients and candidates
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
