**Requirements**:
**About the role**
At the heart of Genie stands a diverse group of very talented, smart & empathic individuals who want to make a positive change and impact on society.
Poised for serious growth over the next 18 months we are seeking a skilled & results-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
- You will take the Lead on end to end hiring for key hires across Business & Product including taking briefs & stress testing with Hiring Managers, writing & posting compelling specs, sourcing, interviewing, offer management & onboarding
- You will pay close attention to analytics and in turn use this data to improve processes, experience and time to hire
- You will work closely with stakeholders to keep them updated and also continue to revise & improve interview process to ensure we are always hiring exceptional talent
- You will actively headhunt and talent pool for our key hires
- You will work with our Talent Acquisition Manager on devising & executing strategies to keep our Talent Pools engaged
- You will work closely with our Marketing Team on Employer branding
- You are keen to contribute to wider business & product strategy
- You will be responsible for administering & continually refining our Glassdoor, Otta & Cord Profile pages to ensure Genie is showcasing it’s best work always
**About you**
- You have proven experience as a successful recruiter ideally with start-up or scaling experience in the tech industry
- You have expertise across the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer-negotiation
- You have exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities at any given time
- You are an excellent communicator & have proven influencing skills
- You are a First Principles thinker
- You have a keen interest in all things technology and are tech savvy
You are innately curious; love to learn & to share your learning with others. We have fostered an incredible learning culture at Genie and are looking for someone who loves to invest in their own learning and self-development
**Interview process**
- You will initially meet our Talent Acquisition Manager, Charlette followed by a take-home task, a live technical exercise & technical chat with our Co-Founder Rafie and finishing off with a Culture Interview with our Growth Marketing Lead and Frontend Developer
