**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join our leadership team and drive our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the agency's goals and growth plans.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent, including managing our presence on job boards and other relevant platforms.
- Proactively source and build a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for all roles.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition vendors.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the digital marketing or tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
