Voraussetzungen:

  1. Studienabschluss
  2. Führungserfahrung
  3. Relevante Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Kollegen und Führungskräften
  4. Relevante Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Daten oder anekdotischer Evidenz zur Begründung von geschäftlichen Entscheidungen
  5. Fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  6. Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Lean-, Six-Sigma- und Kaizen-Methoden
