About the Position:

  • Foster a productive learning environment by providing targeted support to students inside and outside the classroom.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop and implement strategies that promote academic success and behaviour management.
  • Work closely with teachers to lead interventions and improve student outcomes.
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), focusing on individualised support and development plans.
  • Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
