Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Relief Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security patrols of the site, both internally and externally, to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any security incidents or alarms.
- Control access to the site at designated control points, including vehicle barriers and reception stations.
- Register contractors and issue temporary badges as required.
- Provide a visible and proactive security presence to deter potential security threats.
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a seamless and effective security operation.
Requirements:
- Valid SIA licence.
- Full UK driving licence with own transport.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Right to work in the UK and 5-year checkable history.
- Previous security experience - minimum 1 year.
- IT literate.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, including days, nights, and weekends. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations.
