Job Title: Security Officer - Millbrook

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Millbrook. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of performance, discipline, and appearance, while providing a proactive approach to security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Protect company premises, assets, and personnel
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Provide emergency response cover to the site, using relevant equipment and training
  • Welcome guests and provide a positive guest experience
  • Monitor and authorise entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
  • Complete reports of daily activities and irregularities
  • Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and detect evidence of tampering
  • Conduct searches of personnel and vehicles
  • Provide cover of main switchboard and Radio control during non-standard hours
Requirements:
  • Good standard of education
  • SIA Licence preferred but not mandatory
  • First Aid at Work Certificate preferred but not mandatory
  • Professional Firefighting qualification or experience would be a distinct advantage
