About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Citrus Elite Recruitment Ltd. As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to assess their mortgage needs and financial situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and advice on mortgage options, terms, and conditions
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
  • Analyse complex financial information and make sound recommendations
  • Proficient in using mortgage software systems

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary in the region of £25,000 (depending on experience) with an OTE of up to £60,000 - £70,000 in the first year (plus uncapped)
  • A monthly written business bonus of £1k per month if written an agreed amount of business
  • An annual banking bonus of up to £5k
  • No need to chase business as regular, high-quality leads will be provided daily
