We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our community recovery services in Exeter. As a Mental Health Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective and outcome-based support for individuals with complex mental health needs.

The role involves monitoring, evaluating, and developing the service to ensure that it is of high quality and meets the needs of our service users. This includes working closely with stakeholders, including service users, their families, partner agencies, and staff, to incorporate feedback and involvement.

Our primary purpose is to support the transition of individuals from hospital or secure settings into community-based services. To achieve this, you will need to assure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements and promote person-centered support, including positive risk assessment and management.

  • Manage quality assurance and improvement processes, including audits and reviews.
  • Promote best practice in people management and Health & Social Care.
Key Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a wealth of experience in people management and Health & Social Care.

The estimated salary for this role is £62,500 per annum.
