Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the softwood industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions from our extensive range of timber products.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through regular communication and in-person meetings.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with customers and peers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the timber or construction industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
