About the Role:

Hales Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join their team. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the sales process, and supporting the sales team in managing customer queries and issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, answering incoming sales calls, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team in managing customer queries, providing technical advice, and guiding customers through the sales process.
  • CRM Management: Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Sample Dispatch: Arrange for samples to be dispatched to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Support: Support the sales team in closing sales, providing guidance and training as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in the luxury goods market.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks, with a strong attention to detail.
  • CRM Experience: Experience in using a CRM system, with the ability to update records and manage customer information.
  • Microsoft Office: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
