About the Role:
Hales Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join their team. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the sales process, and supporting the sales team in managing customer queries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, answering incoming sales calls, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team in managing customer queries, creating quotations, processing payments, and arranging deliveries.
- CRM Management: Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Team Support: Support the sales team in closing sales, guiding the sales team in closing sales, and assisting with new starter inductions and training.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a luxury goods market.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
