Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants to exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Collaborate with senior managers to set sales targets and develop attraction/retention plans
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and mortgage sales
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Full mortgage qualification and financial services experience
