About the Opportunity

This Senior Case Manager position presents a unique chance to advance your career and contribute to the growth of a leading Case Management company. With a focus on delivering a high-quality clinical service, this role involves maintaining a small case load and supporting junior case managers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with catastrophically injured clients, overseeing complex care packages, and implementing rehabilitation plans. A strong track record of producing substantial reports and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a small fee-earning case load with catastrophically injured clients
  • Supporting case managers in delivering an effective case management clinical service
  • Contributing to the development of organisational strategies

Requirements:

  • Essential - case management experience with catastrophically injured clients
  • Experience of training, supporting & supervising other case managers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
