Red Snapper Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Homelessness Review Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Housing team, you will be responsible for conducting an independent review of the City of London Corporation's statutory homelessness team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of statutory homelessness data, including quantitative and qualitative data from dedicated databases, published reports, and local recording systems.
- Interview statutory homelessness staff and relevant internal and external stakeholders to gather information and insights.
- Compare findings with best practice examples from other local authorities to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop a comprehensive report outlining findings and recommendations to help the City of London Corporation evolve its Statutory Homelessness offer.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in reviewing statutory homelessness services and applying methodologies comparable to those outlined in section 3.
- Ability to draft and present reports suitable for circulation at Chief Officer level.
