Therapeutic Practitioner for Young People

NELFT is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Practitioner to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and adolescents. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mental health services that address the unique needs of each young person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and address the complex needs of each young person.
- Establish strong relationships with families, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care and support.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress, ensuring compliance with NELFT's policies and procedures.
- Prioritize self-care and seek support when needed to maintain your own well-being and resilience.
