Senior Children's Services Manager

About the Role:
Purosearch Ltd is seeking an exceptional Children Home Manager to lead our 6 bed therapeutic home in Swanley, Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and supportive environment for our young residents, promoting their emotional and behavioural development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement therapeutic plans to meet the needs of our residents
- Lead a team of experienced staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Work closely with external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
- Monitor and report on the progress of our residents, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People qualification
- Experience working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
