About the Role:

Purosearch Ltd is seeking an exceptional Children Home Manager to lead our 6 bed therapeutic home in Swanley, Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and supportive environment for our young residents, promoting their emotional and behavioural development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement therapeutic plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Lead a team of experienced staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Work closely with external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
  • Monitor and report on the progress of our residents, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People qualification
  • Experience working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
