About the Role

The Senior Practitioner will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of children in care, working closely with the management team, and providing coaching and mentoring to less experienced staff. The role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with statutory, voluntary, and private sector agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex caseload of children in care

Requirements
  • Professionally registered with a degree in social work
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience working with children and families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
