Dedicated Care Worker

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is a reputable provider of home-based care services, seeking an experienced Dedicated Care Worker to support a Service User with a spinal cord injury in their own home.
">- As a Dedicated Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support, promoting the Service User's independence and well-being.
- You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure that the Service User receives the best possible care and support, tailored to their individual needs.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in care, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle clinical care in the community. You will also have a positive attitude and a willingness to undertake training to upskill your knowledge and skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £12-18.50 per hour (up to £18.50 following probation and compliance period), plus additional benefits including:
