The City & Capital Group is a leading commercial property finance lender that is experiencing rapid growth and expansion. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loan Portfolio Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Loan Portfolio Manager to oversee the performance of our loan portfolio, ensuring that all active loans are performing as expected and that any issues or opportunities are identified and addressed promptly. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in loan servicing or management, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor loan performance within the loan portfolio and ensure that all loans are compliant with contractual agreements.
  • Support the collection of interest and ensure that all interest is collected in a timely manner.
  • Review and monitor weekly reports to identify any relevant actions or issues.
  • Review contracts and audits with credit bureaus to ensure that all loans are performing as expected.
  • Develop and implement strategies for loan redemptions and ensure that all loans are redeemed in a timely manner.
  • Undertake any collections activity as required and maintain deal sheets for corporate borrowers or investors.
  • Undertake borrower or investor due diligence and provide regular reporting to borrowers and investors.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in loan servicing or management, preferably in the commercial real estate or residential mortgage sector.
  • Strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with borrowers, investors, and senior management.
  • Proactive and quick to spot opportunities or problems to address.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead junior staff members.
  • Ambitious and keen to grow within the company.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £50,000 to £80,000, depending on experience, as well as access to two separate bonus structures that will allow you to substantially increase your earnings year on year. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career growth and development, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
