We are pleased to be working with a leading financial services company, who provides fast and flexible bridging loans to their valued clients.

The Loan Portfolio Assistant will support the management and administration of the loan portfolio. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of lending principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of the loan portfolio
  • Review loan documentation and identify any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain up-to-date records of loan documents and prepare regular reports on the loan portfolio
  • Conduct analysis of loan portfolio trends and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to ensure the effective management of our loan portfolio
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of lending regulations and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lending, loan administration, or portfolio management is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex loan data and identify trends
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
