Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is a global leader in financial services, and we're seeking a skilled Senior Loan Portfolio Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our Loans Middle Office, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate maintenance of facilities within our systems and controls. You'll work closely with our Front Offices to support the servicing of deals and coordinate with Operations to ensure timely processing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Front Offices on new product and servicing of deals
  • Coordinating with Operations to ensure timely processing
  • Daily monitoring of triggers throughout the loan lifecycle
  • Providing expert guidance and direction to less experienced staff
  • Verifying and validating transactions created by other staff
  • Overseeing the creation of control tools to administer client facilities
  • Continually reviewing and challenging processes to maximize efficiency
  • Ensuring accurate and timely information flow to Management and stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience in a Financial Institution Middle Office/Control function
  • Operational experience of loan products
  • Operational and administrative knowledge of the loan market
  • Experience in reviewing loan agreements
