As a key member of our Loans team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our loan facilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Front Offices in new product and servicing of the deal.
  • Coordinate across Operations to ensure timely processing of deals.
  • Monitor loan lifecycle triggers to ensure accurate servicing.
  • Utilize expert knowledge of loan products and market to manage loan facilities portfolio.
  • Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff to assist with duties and responsibilities.
  • Verify and validate transactions to ensure precise and correct instructions are delivered.
  • Oversee the creation of control tools necessary to administer client facilities.
  • Continually review and challenge processes to maximize efficiency and revenue streams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information flow to enable Management and stakeholders to act appropriately.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transition from termsheet to financial close and beyond.
