We're seeking an experienced SEO professional to join our team at Accelerate Agency. As an SEO Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies for our SaaS clients.
Key Responsibilities- Work with clients to define their KPIs and create tailored SEO strategies to achieve them
- Develop and implement 360-degree SEO strategies incorporating on-page SEO, content production, technical SEO, and link building
- Delegate tasks to internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategies
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis, as well as SERP analysis
- Define content approaches for clients, identifying keywords and content types to rank for
- Create client reports using Data Studio or other preferred tools
- Train new strategists and identify knowledge gaps to propose solutions
- Forecast and project work needed for new clients and existing projects
- Collaborate with the head of operations to improve processes and develop new ones
- Work with the client manager on client retention and upselling presentations
- Participate in pitches to help onboard prospective clients
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an SEO specialist or equivalent level
- Awareness of link building and experience with campaigns
- Agency background, ideally 2 years in a SEO agency
- Experience working on enterprise-level SEO or budgets over £7k per month
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse backgrounds
- 31 days of holiday (including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown)
- 2 extra days per year for each full year of service up to a total of 8
