About the Role

We're seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our team at Accelerate Agency. As a key member of our SEO team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies for our SaaS clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to define their KPIs and create tailored SEO strategies to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement 360-degree SEO strategies that incorporate on-page SEO, content production, technical SEO, and link building.
  • Delegate tasks to internal stakeholders, ensuring all resources are aligned with your strategy and delivering results.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis, as well as SERP analysis.
  • Define content approaches for clients, identifying keywords to rank for and creating content to achieve those goals.
  • Manage client reports, using tools like Data Studio to track progress and provide insights.
  • Train new strategists and identify knowledge gaps, proposing solutions to improve team performance.
  • Forecast and project work needed, collaborating with the project manager to allocate resources.
  • Work with the head of operations to improve processes and develop new ones.
  • Collaborate with the client manager on client retention and upselling presentations.
  • Participate in pitches to help secure new clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an SEO specialist or equivalent level, with a proven track record of success.
  • Awareness of link building and experience with campaigns is highly beneficial.
  • Agency background, ideally 2 years within a SEO agency.
  • Experience working on enterprise-level SEO or budgets over £7k per month.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
