About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague in our Berwick Upon Tweed store. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, and use this knowledge to make recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and secure store environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the store.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve customer service and store performance, and contribute to the implementation of initiatives to drive sales and reduce waste.
