About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tesco Hexham Extra. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and support colleagues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks appealing and attractive to customers.
