Job Title: Deputy Director of Transformation

Join our Transformation Unit as a Deputy Director of Transformation and play a key role in driving change and improvement across our organization.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our workforce transformation efforts. As a Deputy Director of Transformation, you will be responsible for ensuring that our workforce changes deliver the expected benefits, while consulting and engaging with affected staff during the transition of major projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the New Hospital Programme (NHP) and new Digital Clinical System (DCS) across our organization.
  • Work closely with the Head of Workforce Transformation, senior People and OD teams, and the HR Business Partner team to support the delivery of the NHP strategy.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the transition of both major projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the workforce changes deliver the expected benefits.
  • Provide sound judgement and give professional advice and support to senior colleagues.
Requirements
  • MCIPD qualified or equivalent proven HR skills and experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Significant experience of workforce engagement within the NHS.
  • Highly developed specialist knowledge of change management.
