About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Head of Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the implementation of the New Hospital Programme (NHP) and the Digital Clinical System (DCS) across Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Workforce Transformation for the NHP, the wider NHP team, and the senior People and OD teams to support the delivery of the NHP strategy.
  • Lead on pre-implementation communication activities for the DCS, incorporating the voice of the workforce and enabling the development of change management skills across the organization.
  • Provide practical support to the Implementation Team and clinical teams, sharing functionality and anticipated configuration of the new DCS and operational processes.
Person Specification
  • MCIPD qualified or equivalent proven HR skills and experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Significant experience of workforce engagement within the NHS.
  • Highly developed specialist knowledge of change management, achieved through significant experience within relevant roles.
  • Substantial recent management experience as a generalist HR practitioner/business partner at a senior level.
Skills
  • Demonstrable commitment to facilitating change, cultural and behavioural change, service improvement, and team and individual development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for a range of audiences, including stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to provide sound judgement and give professional advice and support.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £62,215 to £72,293 per annum, pro rata, and a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
