Key Account Development Manager

We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers for fresh food at IFCO SYSTEMS, constantly optimizing our products to make the food supply cycle more sustainable.
We improve food transport safety, reduce waste, and increase product lifespan through our RPCs, minimizing our carbon footprint.
Our goal is to create a circular future.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships across a geographical area, including supplier and retail interactions.
- Collaborate with Retail Business Managers to support business growth and review supplier performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify conversion opportunities and capture insights.
- Analyze customer data to optimize efficiency and identify new opportunities.
- Work with the Asset Management Team to support audits with suppliers and retailers as required.
- Develop a network of contacts within customer businesses and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Drive improved customer satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication.
