Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
Job Description:
The successful candidate will support the management of the Front Office operation at our new build hotel located just outside Manchester airport. The role involves ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and handling customer enquiries and requests for bookings promptly, courteously, and efficiently. Additionally, you will assist with recruitment and development of the front office team, setting departmental objectives and providing regular feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory experience in a hotel front office environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Possession of passion for the hospitality industry
