We are seeking an experienced and skilled Adult's Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day Front Office operations in our luxurious seven-storey hotel.
- Manage guest complaints and emergencies with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Participate in hotel crisis and fire teams to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Front Office team and ensuring that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Front Office operations or supervision, with a track record of excelling in a fast-paced environment. You will be flexible and able to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekdays and weekends.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), pension and life insurance, health cash plan for physical and mental wellbeing, retail and hospitality perks, cycle to work scheme, opportunities for skill development and growth, and excellent discounts across Accor Hotels family of brands.
